This post is for all the sleep deprived mamas out there... Of which I am one!
Being a mum (mom) is my greatest joy in life...but that doesn't mean it doesn't come with daily challenges, sleepless nights & an abundance of self doubt with every decision that we make for our kids. One of the reasons why I wanted to do this blog was to share the good the bad and everything in between of family life in the hope that sharing parts of our journey can help you on yours.
I really wanted to talk about a few tips that I have found really helpful when it came to starting to sleep train my babies. I am also so aware that there a BAZILLION (def not a word) ways to go about implementing routine... So these are just a few that have worked for us!
I get really sad when I see parents judging each other when it comes to the way we choose to raise our babies. You need to work out what works best for YOUR family and be confident in that. The truth is we are all trying to figure this whole parenting thing out and not one of us is perfect! So if you find yourself feeling a little "less than qualified " when it comes to raising your baby...welcome to the club!!!
Its time we stop the judgments and start realizing the beauty that lies in learning from each others journey. Us mamas gotta stick together!
